Born and raised in Muncie, Indiana, Eric moved to Las Vegas, Nevada at the age of 19. His life as an artist started in 1977 when he joined the team of Circus Circus Hotel and Casino in Las Vegas and Reno. It wasn't until two years later that he was introduced to the wonderful world of airbrush. Circus Circus saw the new look at another casino and decided they wanted the same look. Not familiar with the airbrushed look, he went to a tshirt shop in a local mall for some answers. After learning the basics he pretty much taught himself the rest and has been going strong ever since. Now, 30 years later he's painting award winning paint schemes in Indianapolis, Indiana and loving every minute of it. With two SEMA project trucks done and a fully custom painted Indianapolis 500 race car added to his credits, and in april of 2009 Extreme Makeover Home Edition on the ABC television network asked eric to paint two wall murals for one of the bedrooms for the family.
Eric also teaches airbrush techniques at seminars over the tri-state area, the GM Motor plant in Indy and also Lincoln College of Technology using Planet Color Paint. He's currently in negotiations to produce his own "How To" videos with his one-of-a-kind teaching techniques, and a book on his style of airbrushing. His claim to fame with Lincoln College of Technology was that he could teach anyone to airbrush a complete picture in just three hours...ANYONE.
His work has been seen in magazines that include "Mini-Truckin" and "Truckin" magazines.
